2010 ITS Georgia Annual Meeting

Welcome to the ITS Georgia 2010 Annual Meeting Registration Site. This year's meeting is at The Ritz-Carlton Lodge at Reynolds Plantation from September 19th through 21st, 2010, in beautiful Greensboro, Georgia. As always, the conference will provide a variety of sessions led by our fellow transportation professionals. This event will feature technical sessions, panel discussions, seminars and interactive learning experiences as well as networking with fellow ITS professionals. You can also visit the exhibits and see the latest products and services being showcased.

The Conference Hotel is sold out.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR ONLINE BOOKING: If you would like to make an on-line reservation for Saturday – Tuesday, it will require a two-step process. You will need to make one reservation for Saturday 9/18 using the ROCROCD Group Code, and a separate reservation for Sunday 9/20 and Monday 9/21 using the ROCROCA Group Code. If you make a reservation by phone, you can simply tell the representative the dates and they will enter the appropriate rate codes for you in one step.

Also, rooms at the discounted conference rate for Saturday are in great demand and supply is limited. So, if you would like to ensure availability at the group rate, you need to make your reservations as soon as possible!

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12%) in effect at the time of check in.

Parking:

Free self parking is available as well as overnight parking with complimentary valet service: $18.00 per car, per night plus 7% sales tax.

Optional Service Charges:

- Valet Attendant Gratuity: $3.00 per car, per night

- Baggage Handling: $10.00 total, per room, in and out

- Room Attendant: $4.00 per room, per day

- Bellmen In-Room Delivery: $3.50 per room

- Door Drop: $1.50 per room

There is a limited block of rooms at these special group rates, so we recommend that you reserve your room as soon as possible, but no later than August 19, 2010, in order to take advantage of this special group offer. Reservations made after this date will only be accepted by the hotel on a space-available and rate-available basis.
