Intelligent Transportation Society of Georgia Announces Election of Directors

CALLAWAY GARDENS GA (September 27, 2016) – The Intelligent Transportation Society of Georgia today announced the election of Directors for the 2017 – 2018 term.  The newly-elected members of the Board of Directors were announced at the 2016 ITS Georgia Annual Meeting and Exposition at Callaway Gardens.

Elected to two-year terms to the Board were: Winter Horbal, Temple, Inc., Alvin James, Kimley-Horn, Keary Lord, Atkins, Whitney Nottage, Intelight, Billy Stalcup, 360ns and Tom Udell, CH2M/City of Johns Creek. The newly elected directors join current board members Jim Tolson, ARCADIS, Bill Andrews, City of Sandy Springs, Mark Demidovich, GDOT and Matt Glasser, GDOT.

“Congratulations to our newly elected board members, all of whom are well qualified to provide leadership as we move the organization forward over the next two years,” said ITS Georgia President Mike Holt. “I want to thank retiring board members Derrick Crowder, City of Roswell, Andy Phlegar, Atkins and Eli Veith, Veith Traffic Services for their leadership and hard work over the past two years that resulted in yet another outstanding state chapter of the year award.”
