Fagan Consulting
Fagan Consulting was formed as a Limited Liability Company in October 2010. Ron Fagan was the single member and President. In that first year, Fagan Consulting provided consulting services in electronic toll collection operations for numerous clients including the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (RMA), North East Texas RMA, Harris County Toll Road Authority, Washington State DOT, and the State Road and Tollway Authority.
In 2014, Fagan Consulting added general systems consultant resources when Bill Brownsberger joined the company as a partner. Immediately Fagan Consulting began adding highly qualified Transportation System Consultants and Systems Analyst and the firm is now has a strong team of twelve highly qualified toll consultants. Our team members have diverse backgrounds with experience as agency staff, consultants, and critical work in roadside and back office systems with toll industry system integrators.
Additionally, Fagan Consulting has key staff deeply involved in the national interoperability push. Both with the IBTTA Technical Committee and the Southern States Interoperability. We continually help customers position themselves to take advantage of future industry developments. Fagan Consulting supports toll system, both roadside and back office for numerous clients throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. We conducted various research projects for customers including payment options, retail opportunities, automated license plate enforcement systems, and benchmarking industry standards for key performance indicators for lane and back office. There is no aspect of tolling, operations or systems that our team has not successfully overseen.
Fagan Consulting is a registered Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE) California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Orlando, Texas and Virginia. Various Fagan Consulting staffs are members of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI). Fagan Consulting is a member of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA).
